Agronomic information
Seed rates, sowing windows, maturity periods and yield figures published here are general recommendations for central Madhya Pradesh. They are not a guarantee of performance on your field. Yield in particular depends on soil, rainfall, irrigation, pest and disease pressure, and crop management — none of which we control.
Always confirm with us, your dealer, or your local agriculture officer before sowing. If a figure on this site conflicts with the certification tag on your pack, the tag governs.
Seed treatment and safety
Seed sold by us is to be treated with the Thiram packet supplied before sowing. Thiram is a poison. Treated seed must never be used for food, animal feed or oil extraction. Keep treated seed away from children, food and livestock.
Certification
Certification applies to a specific lot and is evidenced by the certification tag and seal on the pack. Certification is void without them. Claims relating to seed quality must reference the lot number on the tag.

The Samyak Seeds name, wordmark, emblem and the content of this site belong to Samyak Seeds & Agritech and may not be reproduced without permission.
Liability

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall to the courts having jurisdiction over Harda district, Madhya Pradesh.
